• Weaving technique training for labor: We are willing to train the weaving for people which they can earn more incomes from this learning, our goal in next year is training and work with more 1000 labors in Mekong Delta area.
• Expand the Material Area : In parallel with training in Mekong Delta, we cooperate with people living in rivers about planting and purchase materials as sea grass; water hyacinth…
• Employee training and development: We focus on update our system by training such as: Quality control, Business Culture and Human.
• Business with taking care the social: We always try to enhance the life of our workers with welfare. Besides, we are joining with the local government where we have business to improve the life of local people.

- Vacational training: We work with the local government to organize the vocational training for the local labor in the rural area. Through this work, we contribute to create the way to earn more the stable income as well as to expand the handicraft industry.

- Volunteers event: Every year, HomeStyleVn always has a plan for volunteering activities to support the community towards sharing with the locality.
